During our stay at Bachleda Luxury Hotel, we were blown away by the really good level of service and attention to detail. The staff were really good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating, making our stay stress-free. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with a comfortable sitting area and a fine bathroom adorned in Art Deco style. The hotel's lavish dining room provided a good buffet breakfast, with a mix of European favorites and delicious Polish treats. We also highly recommend dining at the hotel's restaurant, where every aspect from the service to the food was of the highest standard. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the front porch, relaxing in the comfortable chairs and savoring our drinks. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated in a charming area, with plenty of attractions within walking distance.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It's close to everything you need to visit while in town, and there is even a delicious cocktail bar downstairs for a nightcap. The rooms are immaculate and the beds are so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff provide top-notch service, always going above and beyond to cater to your needs. The breakfast selection is amazing, with a variety of options to satisfy any palate. And if that's not enough, the view from the hotel is simply breathtaking.

Entering this hotel felt like walking into a dream. the service was amazing, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Our room had exclusive amenities, like a luxurious Jacuzzi. the restaurant was top-notch, with special diet menus and in-room breakfast. the bar and lounge area was a great place to unwind. This venue has an indoor swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, sauna, and private facilities.

Though this was a small hiccup, it slightly marred the otherwise perfect experience.

We enjoyed sipping cocktails in the trendy bar downstairs and indulging in the delicious food at the Gavi restaurant. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of the tree-lined street. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was a great start to our day. The spa facilities were a nice bonus, especially the jacuzzi and sauna. We couldn't have asked for more.

We were disappointed that the shower never got very hot. We asked the front desk about it, but it never reached the desired temperature, which was a bit of a letdown after a long day of exploring the city.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the sauna was closed for maintenance during my visit. the indoor swimming pool was still open, and the staff was very accommodating in offering alternative relaxation options.
